Natural Park Sea Pulau Weh established under the Decree of Minister of Agriculture. 928/Kpts/Um/12/1982 dated 27 December, 1982 covering an area of 2600 Ha.
TWA is geographically located on Weh Island Sea 0552 'north latitude and 9552' east longitude. While in public administration including Sukakarya District, Municipality of Sabang, Province INAceh and in terms of forest management including the Natural Resources Conservation Resort Iboih and get in on the Conservation of Natural Resources Sub-Province of NAD.
In the TWA Sea Pulau Weh, Sabang there are coral reefs, both hard corals and soft corals of all types, shapes and colors, all of which form a cluster of interesting reef to be enjoyed, among others, the name coral reef area lupas, rock deer, rock crackers.
In addition to coral reefs, TWA Sea Pulau Weh, Sabang can be found the types of reef fish such as Angel fish, fish Tropet, Dunsel fish, fish Sergeon, Grope fish, Parrot fish and others. These fish around Pulau Weh Marine TWA and most are endemic in this area. It also found many types of fish such as Tuna economical, Kakap, Grouper, Bayan, Banana-Pisangan and others.
Nature tourism activities to do in Pulau Weh Marine TWA is tirta tourist activities such as surfing, boat ride, swimming, fishing, and diving under the water to enjoy nature with a diversity of coral reefs and reef fish are beautiful.
Some facilities can support tourism activities, among others: cottages around Iboih constructed by society, shelter, toilets, mosques, souvenir kiosks and hotels located in Gapang. In addition there are various facilities on the island Rubiah built by the Department of Tourism provincial, IN Aceh include: diving center is equipped with facilities (motor boats, scuba gear), praying, shelter, toilets, guard house, tower, trails, parks and electrical installations.
